WHAT METAL TYPES ARE USED IN ROMI PIECES?

* Solid Gold - 9K (pale yellow colour), 10K (medium-light yellow colour), 14K (strong deep yellow colour)
* 925 Sterling Silver
* Gold Plated - All of our gold plated pieces yellow or white gold. Our plated pieces are coated with a thicker layer of coating than most alternate brands use, known as gold vermeil. This is our way of ensuring your piece maintains its colour and quality.

ARE ROMI PIECES WATER PROOF?

This depends on the material of your jewellery piece or accessory.
Solid Gold - Waterproof.
Gold Plated - Do not wear when entering water or showers/saunas. Do not put your plated pieces in contact with water or jewellery cleaning products.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY ROMI PIECES?
We encourage your jewellery to always be stored in a jewellery bag or box. When travelling, store in a travel pouch to avoid damage or scratching.

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY IF I DON'T LIKE THE SIZE I CHOSE OR CHANGED MY MIND?

DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE IMPORT TAX/CHARGES?
No. Please refer to our Shipping page for information related to shipping and costs. Due to the value of our products all items we sell are considered "low-medium value shipments". Therefore, it is often unlikely you will be faced with duties and customs taxes for your purchase. If customs for your region have any queries in regards to duties that are required, they will contact you directly on the email address provided at purchase.

IS ROMI SUSTAINABLE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
We only work with factories who operate in ethical and sustaiable circumstances. We ship one packaging bag per order, and all pieces will be shipped within this single bag and a shipping box to reduce our environmental impact.
