You asked, we delivered! We are super excited to offer free express shipping on all orders within Australia. Please note, this doesn't change the individual product handling or despatch times.

All Australia wide orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. 

We also offer worldwide shipping for a flat $15 fee.

 

DESPATCH TIMES

We aim to fulfil all orders within 2 business days from the time an order was placed. This period may be extended due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 around the world. Occasionally, due to high demand some pieces may sellout at the time your order is placed. In this case, your order will be placed on backorder and we will ship to you as soon as we restock. If you place an order during a weekend period (12:01AM Friday - 11:59PM Sunday) or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working days.

SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

FREE express shipping is available for all Australian addressed deliveries. This shipping option includes tracking and takes from 2-5* business days (estimation). With Romi is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies related to estimated shipping times. These are estimates given by the shipping companies and can vary from time to time.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We ship to anywhere in the world. All International orders are charged a $25 AUD (~$18 USD) standard shipping fee. All Shipping times for orders outside of Australia will vary based on your location and shipping carrier and can vary from 5-15 business days. Please note, all associated duties, fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not regulated by With Romi or collected by us. If your local customs authorities have any duties requirements, they will contact you directly via the email address or phone number you provided upon purchase. Once items have been delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to claim any damaged, late or stolen items through the relevant postal provider. With Romi is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies related to estimated shipping times.
