RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will love your With Romi pieces, but just in case you don't (or if the recipient doesn't), we offer a 7 day returns policy for a store credit. You just need to get in contact with us and we will provide you with the return details. 

Please note, we offer store credits only. Items that cannot be returned include custom made pieces and items that have been worn, modified or damaged. Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. All returns must be received in the same packaging they were originally received in and must be unworn. We do not accept returns for items that are removed from their original packaging, or contain scratches or any sign of wear.

We do not accept returns for any items purchased in a sale. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and approval of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed to be faulty by our team.
